Tourayâ„¢ Public Beta: Terms and Privacy Notice
Version: public-beta-personal-1.0
Effective date: October 29, 2026
Last updated: October 29, 2026
Touray is in a public beta. The beta is operated by Matt Hope personally. It will be transferred to AppAttack Labs LLC once that company is formed. When that happens, you'll be asked to accept the updated terms again (Section 7). In this notice, "I," "me" and "the operator" mean Matt Hope. By signing up for or using the beta, with or without an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can join
- Anyone 18 or older can sign up through the public sign-up link. I may pause new sign-ups or limit features, such as AI suggestions, at any time, for example to keep the beta safe or within its costs.
- You must be 18 or older. Before you sign up or take a seat on a trip, you'll be asked to confirm that you're 18 or older. If you're under 18, don't sign up. If I learn that a user is under 18, I'll delete their account and data.
2. What the beta is and isn't
- Touray is a web app for planning dream trips with a group. There are no mobile apps yet.
- The beta is free. There are no payments, no ads and no affiliate links. Links to outside sites are plain links, and I earn nothing when you book.
- I'm not a travel agency or seller of travel, and I don't sell or book anything. Bookings you make on outside sites are between you and that site.
- Strangers can never talk to each other in Touray. Only a trip's planner invites people to it. Other members can ask to add someone, who joins only after the planner approves. There's no discovery, no public profiles, no messages to people outside a trip and no public comments. Share links are view-only.
- Invites. When a trip's planner invites someone, or approves a member's request to add them, I email an invite to that person. Invite emails include my postal address and an unsubscribe link that stops future invites to that address. They contain no marketing.
- There's no group chat during this phase. Trips still have shared ideas, votes and lists, which the trip's members can see.
- It's a beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and data may be lost. Please don't rely on Touray as your only record of anything important. I may end the beta, or your access, at any time.
3. Your conduct
Be respectful. Don't harass, threaten or sexually message anyone. Don't post content that sexualizes minors, share anyone's personal details without consent, spam, scam, impersonate anyone, or try to break, scrape or overload the service. Apparent child sexual abuse material will be removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline as the law requires, and the account will be permanently removed.
To report a problem or a person, use Report a problem in the web app, which opens an email to me at support@appattacklabs.com, or email me there directly. Please don't attach or forward images or files. If something seems to sexualize or endanger a child, don't copy, screenshot or forward it. Just tell me which trip it's on and roughly when.
I'll review reports, and I can remove content or remove a user from the beta. If someone bothers you, you can leave the trip, and I'll remove them from it if you ask.
4. Feedback and your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You let the operator host, show and process it only to run and improve the beta, including showing it to the people on your trips and to anyone you give a view-only share link. Feedback you send can be used freely to improve Touray. Trips you share stay visible to their members as described in Section 9.
5. Copyright
Only post what you have the right to share.
If you believe something in Touray infringes your copyright, email support@appattacklabs.com. Tell me which work you say is infringed, what material is infringing and where it is (for example, the share link), and how to reach you. I'll remove infringing content promptly. If your content was removed and you think that was a mistake, email the same address.
6. Disclaimers and limit of liability
THE BETA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. AI ANSWERS, EVENT DATES, PRICES AND AVAILABILITY CAN BE WRONG, SO CHECK WITH THE SELLER OR AN OFFICIAL SOURCE BEFORE YOU BOOK. YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY WHEN TRAVELLING AND MEETING PEOPLE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE OPERATOR WON'T BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR TRAVEL, TICKET OR BOOKING COSTS, AND TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE BETA WON'T EXCEED US $100, BECAUSE THE BETA IS FREE.
7. Transfer to AppAttack Labs LLC (assignment and consent)
The operator plans to form AppAttack Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company. When it's formed, Matt Hope will assign these beta terms, the beta service, and all user accounts and data to AppAttack Labs LLC. By using the beta, you consent to that assignment and to the transfer of your account and personal information to AppAttack Labs LLC, which will then become the operator. Users will be told by email when the transfer happens. At the transfer, you'll be asked to read and accept the updated notice in the app before you keep using Touray. Until you accept, you can still read the notice, delete your account and report a problem. If you don't want your data transferred, you can ask for it to be deleted at any time, including before the transfer (Section 12).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Orange County, Florida.
